For all orders whose destination is the mainland
United States of America (the 48 contiguous states), the standard
method of shipping will be UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail or
USPS First Class Mail, at the discretion of White-Boucke Publishing,
Inc., irrespective of any specific means or carrier cited on the
shopping cart order form. For local shipments (Denver metro area),
White-Boucke reserves the right to substitute USPS Media Mail as
an alternative to the above defined services.
Orders for Hawaii,
Alaska and US Territories such as Guam and Puerto Rico ship by
USPS only.
Software upgrade orders advertised as "Free Shipping"
are shipped USPS Media Mail.
Customers may upgrade to an expedited means (next-day
air, express mail, etc) or specify a particular carrier (FedEx,
Airborne Express). In this regard, customers are urged to contact
White-Boucke Publishing by e-mailing ordering@white-boucke.com

order, since these options may involve increased shipping charges
and expedite fees that cannot be accommodated by our Internet Shopping
Cart.

For all orders whose destination is not covered in the above Domestic Shipments section, the standard shipping methods are “first class mail international” or “priority mail overseas,” at the discretion of White-Boucke Publishing. Note that the US postal system no longer offers any form of surface mail.
Overseas customers may change to an alternative shipping method (Courier Service, FedEx, etc). In this regard, customers are urged to contact White-Boucke Publishing by e-mailing ordering@white-boucke.com or telephone us at (303) 604-0661 to place the order, since these options may involve increased shipping charges and expedite fees that cannot be accommodated by our Internet Shopping Cart. In all cases, the customer is responsible for any and all customs/import charges or costs that may apply.
